TCS MMSB Consult JV Sdn Bhd(1450577-P)
TCS-MMSB Consult JV is the appointed Detailed Design Consultant of
the Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS) - Line 2 by the
Project Implementor - Sarawak Metro Sdn Bhd.
We are currently looking for candidates to join our Infrastructure Works
Supervision Team, with expected mobilisation from December 2023:
1. CHIEF RESIDENT ENGINEER
• A Degree in Engineering is mandatory
• Registered with BEM, with Professional Engineer Practicing
Certificate (PEPC) Status
• A minimum of 20 years’ experience in major infrastructure project
for Highway, Bridge and Building Structures is mandatory with
minimum of 5 years in similar project & role
• Experience in supervising a Railway Project is advantageous
2. RESIDENT ENGINEER
• A Degree in Engineering is mandatory
• Registered with BEM, with Professional Engineer Status
• A minimum of 20 years’ experience in major infrastructure project
for Highway, Bridge and Building Structures is mandatory with
minimum of 5 years in similar project & role
• Experience in supervising a Railway Project is advantageous
3. ASSISTANT RESIDENT ARCHITECT
• A Degree in Architecture (Part Two) is mandatory
• A minimum of 15 years’ experience in building project
• Experience in supervising a Railway Station Project is
advantageous
4. ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEER – STRUCTURES,
CIVIL, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, MATERIALS
• A Degree in Engineering is mandatory, relevant to specific
discipline
• Registered with BEM
• A minimum of 15 years’ experience in major infrastructure project
for Highway, Bridge and Building Structures is mandatory
• Experience in supervising a Railway Project is advantageous
5. SENIOR QA/QC ENGINEER
• A Degree in Engineering is mandatory, relevant to specific
discipline
• Registered with BEM
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience with 6 years’ in in major
infrastructure project for Highway, Bridge and Building Structures
is mandatory
• Experience in supervising a Railway Project is advantageous
6. SHET COORDINATOR
• Yellow Book Holder
• A minimum of 12 years’ experience in major infrastructure project
is mandatory
7. LAND SURVEYOR
• A Degree in Land Surveying or equivalent
• A minimum of 15 years’ experience in major infrastructure project
for Highway and Bridge structures is mandatory
• Experience in Railway Project(s) is advantageous
8. CLERK OF WORKS – STRUCTURES, CIVIL, M&E
• A Certificate / Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
(or equivalent) is required
• Registration with BEM as a Clerks of Works is mandatory
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience in Station,
Highway and Utilities Works is preferred
9. PROJECT COORDINATOR
• A recognised Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Registered with BEM.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar project and similar
role in design coordination in mechanical and electrical elements
of a construction project.
• Excellent client interaction with good written and verbal
communication skills.
• Able to lead the coordination processes between the design team,
site management team, sub-consultants, client and authorities.
• Experience in managing/coordination/supervising a railway
project is advantageous.
