SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

We are an innovative and dynamic developer seeking highly-motivated individuals who would like to be part of a large-scale landmark development in Sarawak.

In line with our expansion programme, we are seeking responsible and dynamic candidates to join us as:

SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Requirements:

Degree in Landscape Architecture

* Minimum 10 years large scale projects work experience in landscape design, coordination and production

Experience in both softscape and hardscape of exterior and interior landscape packages

Well versed in production of landscape works construction drawings

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Scope:

Develops designs, working drawings, specifications and related aspects for required projects under the supervision of the senior concept designer

Ensure designs and drawings are compliant with municipal standards and client requirements, and deliverables compliant with scope of work and contract requirements.
