VACANCIES
TCS-MMSB Consult JV is the appointed Detailed Design Consultant of
the Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS) - Line 2 by the Project
Implementor - Sarawak Metro Sdn Bhd. We are currently looking for
enthusiastic candidates to join our Site Supervision Team to be based at the
Site Office in Kuching.
1. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Experience with Electronic Document Management System is
advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years in the field of project documentation work.
2. RESIDENT ENGINEER
• A Degree in Engineering, registered with BEM.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering consultancy, design
services, site and/or project management.
• Experience in railway project is advantageous.
3. ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEER - TESTING & MATERIAL
• A Degree in Engineering, registered with BEM.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering consultancy, design
services, site and/or project management.
• Experience in Material & Testing is advantageous.
4. INSPECTOR OF WORKS - M&E, C&S, ARCHITECTURE
• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in relevant field, registered with BEM.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in construction
projects
5. ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEER – CASTING YARD WITH QA/QC
EXPERIENCE
• A Degree in Engineering, registered with BEM.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with 6 years of site experience in
major infrastructure project for Elevated Highway, Bridge or Building
Structures is mandatory.
• Casting yard with QA/QC experience is preferred.
6. QA/QC LEAD
• A Degree in Engineering, registered with BEM.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience on major infrastructure projects
related to QA/QC is required.
7. QA/QC ENGINEERS
• A Degree in Engineering, registered with BEM.
• A minimum of 5years of experienceon major infrastructure projects
related to QA/QC is required.
8. ASSISTANT RESIDENT ARCHITECT
• A Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and
supervision.
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials
used in large-scale infrastructure projects.
