under the State Ordinance. The company was established in year 1997 and has involved in Property Management,
Facilities Management & Services and Land Development. With the expanded nature of business, the Board intend
to acquire a strong, highly motivated and enthusiastic personnel to join the young and dynamic management team.
JOB VACANCIES
(A) Position : ASSISTANT MANAGER, FINANCE AND ADMIN
Department : Finance and Administration
Grade : D2 (Assistant Manager)
Location : Kuching, Sarawak
Job Scope : Finance & Administration
Job Description
This position will be responsible for the overall functions under Finance & Admin and report to the Manager and
Chief Executive Officer. Successful candidates shall have excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully
communicate complex quantitative data to enable sound decision-making.
Requirements:
• Malasian Citizen.
• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related fields.
• Preferably a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountant (MIA).
• Knowledge and experiences in Admin and Human Resources is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive, good team
player and able to meet tight deadlines.
(B) Position : ASSISTANT MANAGER, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
SERVICE & MARKETING
Department : FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & Marketing
Grade : D2 (Assistant Manager)
Location : Kuching, Sarawak
Job Scope : Facilities Management Service & Marketing
Job Description
This position will be responsible for the overall functions under Facilities Management Service and Marketing and
report to the Facilities & Marketing Manager. Candidate shall have strong planning and coordination skills and able
to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Requirements:
• Malaysian citizen.
• Possess a Diploma or Degree qualification in any field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in Facilities Management Services and Marketing.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Able to produce reports and good management skills.
