Applicants are invited for local citizens for the post QUANTITY SURVEYOR located at Samajaya, Kuching Sarawak

Duties / Job Descriptions
• Ensure that all contractual notices are issued in accordance with the conditions of contract
• Review specifications and drawing to determine scope of work, costing structures, contractual requirements, as well as review and incorporate reliable/established vendor list
• Good knowledge in taking off, costing, progress claim, tender preparation, evaluation of claims & finalization of final account
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, able to liase with suppliers, sub-contractor and other parties

Qualification:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia Experience
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in related field

Remuneration:
• Working hours : 8am until 5pm ( Monday to Saturday)
• KWSP & Sosco
