Project Manager
Responsibilities:
• To manage and plan assigned project,
ensure timely implementation, progress and
completion of the project in the most costeffective manner with quality.
• Coordinate, monitor and ensure timely
preparation and submission of all relevant
drawings/ plans, etc.
• To prepare project schedule, monitor and
report regularly on project progress.
• To attend project meetings and handling
projectrelated mattersincludingcoordination
with consultants, contractors, etc.
• To lead a team of site personnel and workers
in the planning and execution of daily
operation.
• To provide technical advice and solving
problem on site.
• To perform any other task assigned by the
management from time to time.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s
Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering or
equivalent.
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the
construction field is required for this position.
• Candidate with working experience in bridge
construction will be added advantage.
• Willing to re-locate/outstation within Sarawak
& Sabah.
• Required Skill(s): Good planning and
organizing skills, communication skills, good
observation.
• Able to meet tight deadline.
Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
• To plan, monitoring, follow up & prepare
report on site progress and work closely with
Project Manager on co-ordination for works.
• To ensure all works are carried out in
accordance to the drawings, specifications,
construction plan & procedures.
• To provide technical advice and solving
problem on site.
• To liaise with project teams, contractors,
subcontractors and relevant authorities on all
aspect of site issues.
• To perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by
superior.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s
Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the
construction field is required for this position.
• Candidate with working experience in bridge
construction will be added advantage.
• Willing to re-locate/outstation within Sarawak

Site Safety Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• To assist safety department on site safety
supervision tasks.
• Toinspectandrectifyinganyunsafeconditions
at the construction site.
• Manage administration of legal
documentation and monitor all jobs comply
to DOSH, BOMBA & etc related government
bodiesaccordancetotheirlegalrequirements
and standards.
• To conduct internal training at site if required.
• To perform any other task assigned by the
superior from time to time.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least PostGraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in
Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the
construction field is required for this position.
• Registered as Site Safety Supervisor with Dosh
and with valid Yellow Book.
Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• To liaise with relevant local authorities’
personnel on the documents to be executed.
• To coordinate, check, monitor and ensure
timely preparation and submission of all
relevant drawings/ plans, etc.
• To ensure compliance with designs and
requirements at the construction site.
• To perform any other task assigned by the
superior from time to time.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least PostGraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in
Building/Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the
construction field is required for this position.
• Advanced in AutoCAD Software.
• Familiar with BIM will be added advantages.
• Preferable from Consultant company.
• Able to meet tight deadline.
Procurement Manager
Responsibilities:
• To manage and lead the procurement
team in the process of all project materials,
project consumables items, supplies, service,
equipment and etc.
• Implement cost reduction program with
suppliers, monitoring product and service
quality/ on-time delivery performance by key
suppliers.
• To oversee and evaluate selection of suppliers
and conduct the quality control of the
products delivered.
• Todevelopandimplementsourcing strategy to
delivers a competitive edge to the business.
• To develop and maintain the consistent supply
of materials to production.
• To maintain the relationship with suppliers
including negotiation of prices and terms.
• To perform any other task assigned by the
management from time to time.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s
Degree or similar qualification.
• At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the
construction field is required for this position.
Preferable with background in building
material.
• RequiredSkill(s): Goodplanningandorganizing
skills, communication skills, good observation.

Procurement Executive
Responsibilities:
• To perform the daily procurement task and
data entry into system.
• To monitor and ensure delivery of materials are
on time.
• To issue PR, PO and other related document
to site/contractor and ensure the
correspondence are properly recorded.
• To follow up and work closely with operation
team for procurement related matter.
• To perform any other task assigned by the
Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in
Business Management or similar qualification.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience is
required for this position. Preferable with
background in building material.
