1: Admin Lead x 2 persons
Skills (knowledge of administrative management in construction field):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin,
Bahasa Malaysia (Preferably Mandarin Spoken is an advantage)
- A self-directed worker with superior time management skills
- Fully discreet and confidential in all office matters
- Certified in various Microsoft Software applications
- Comfortable with cloud integration of computer files
- Experienced multi-tasks who can prioritize daily workloads
- Savvy manage a smooth office workflow
- Matured personality and able to manage tasks with minimum supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Answered incoming calls and properly routed them according to office
procedure.
- Perform daily routine inclusive the preparation of Correspondence,
Document Control, Email, Quotation, Purchase Order, etc. and smart coordinate with all teams and stakeholders
- Manage and delegate tasks in CIDB, UPKJ, Permit, etc. matters
- Assist in Procurement (Materials Sourcing)
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all level of staffs
Requirements:
- At least Diploma / Degree holder in related field.
- Preferably 2-5 years work experience in Construction Field
2: Chainman x 2 persons
Responsibilities:
- Assist surveyor in setting out and levelling works
- Able to read and understand drawings and to carry out simple surveying
works independently on site
- Undertake the preparation, care, maintenance and transportation of survey
equipment, tools and materials for field survey operations
- Maintain and to make sure survey equipment are always in good condition
- Able to perform other jobs besides surveying
- Perform any other tasks instructed by surveyor, project manager and top
management
- Use basic computer processes for data entry and analysis
Requirements:
- Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
3: Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible on overall Project Coordination and Project Team
Management.
- Strong in Planning Project Scheduling & amp; Budgeting, i.e. Produce
Schedule Work Program with Microsoft Project, Look Ahead Schedule,
Monetary Management (Financial S-Curve) and etc.
- Leadership Skills to Coordinate between Sub Contractors, Consultant,
Statutory Authority, Superintending Officer and to lead the Construction
team.
- Attend monthly coordination meeting, technical meeting and to lead the
meeting if necessary. i.e.: Monthly progress reporting, solving technical
issue and etc.
- Self–motivated and can work under minimum supervision, able to meet tight
deadlines
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Project
Management / related construction field with at least 5 years relevant onsite working experience
- Able to perform basic quantity take off for project planning
4: Site Quantity Surveyor (or fields related)
Responsibilities:
• Perform full QS functions from estimations, handle claims and valuation of
contract administration.
• Responsible for tender preparations, site evaluations/joint measurements,
site valuations and to prepare monthly site progress claims.
• Carry out general contract administrations and ensure all paperwork in
place during pre and post contract stage.
• Evaluate claims by sub-contractors & prepare payment certificates for subcontractors.
• Well cost control on the tenders for procurement & project run.
• Co-ordinate and monitor work among working teams & make sure all jobs
done are accurate and meet standard requirements.
• Co-ordinate with site team such as variation orders, project costs
optimization, projects budgeting and costs setting.
• Communicate well with consultants, sub-contractors and government
authorities.
Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
• Possess good leadership skills in supervision and capability to monitor
quality of works.
• Excellent speed in works.
(Preferably Chinese Spoken in Advanced)
5: QAQC Supervisor (Quality Assurance & Quality Control Supervisor)
Responsibility:
- Maintain and control QAQC practices with regular checks and inspections
ensuring correct operation and implementation of procedures
- Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all
procedures and oversees all testing methods and maintain high standards
of quality of all procedures
- Accountable for the quality and workmanship site activity, good knowledge
of all aspects of site construction relating to architectural and structural
discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes
- Provide advice and guidance to support the effective operation for the site
construction
- To prepare necessary reports and ensure that all quality records are
provided, properly kept and compiled for achieving and / or submissions
- To responsible for monitoring quality control and inspection on site to ensure
compliance with approved method statements, procedures, specifications
and construction drawings
- Review quality of materials at the site and ensure compliance with all
project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all
materials procurement and maintain a quality of materials
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders on all quality issues
- Initiate, monitor, guide and follow up on the implementation of action plan by
the project terms or sub-contractors
- Inspect, monitor, control and manage sub-contractors’ works to meet quality
and schedule required
- Liaise closely with project teams and relevant parties on the defect findings/
major issues and its actions plans
- Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance
standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance
processes and recommend corrective actions for processes
- To provide support in reviewing QA documentation including procedures,
method statements and work instructions to suit project needs
- Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the
management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Architecture
or equivalent
6: Senior Site Supervisor x 3 persons
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day supervision site progress
- Inspecting construction site regularly to identify and eliminate potential
safety hazards
- Supervise directly work executed at site by workers and ensure that all
the works are carried out in accordance with relevant drawings, method
statements, specifications are standards of engineering practices and
implementation of standard procedures
- To control material wastage at site
- Prepare daily reports and weekly reports
- Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, authority, surveyor and relevant
parties and also conduct site meeting with sub-contractors
- Review, evaluate, and monitor the sub-contractors’ plan and physical
progress to ensure its completion
- Follow quality control policies to ensure all works are carried out in
accordance with specifications, standard, quality guidelines, safety
regulations on site and contractual obligations
- Supervise and check the structural, architectural and M&E works are
according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health
and Environment related to the job scope and work space as required by the
Company
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Management form time-to-time
Requirements:
- Minimum Professional Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or
equivalent
- Well verse in structural works, posses strong technical knowledge and
understand construction sequence
- Basic knowledge in surveying
- Must be able to read plan and site drawing
- Able to handle site independently and possess own transport
- At least 5 years working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7: Inspector of Work (Structural) x 2 persons
Responsibilities:
- Site supervision / inspection, filing and compiling QAQC reports ensuring
civil and structural works in accordance with the contract and construction
drawings
- To be responsible for checking all construction drawings and highlight
discrepancies or lack of information and following up site matters with
sub-contractors, consultants and relevant authorities (technical or nontechnical)
- To supervise, control, co-ordinate and monitor the activities of workers
engaged at the construction site by ensuring that all works are carried out in
accordance to schedules, drawings, specifications and requirements
- To oversee proper record of construction drawings to ensure QAQC is
carried out in order to achieve the required quality works and specifications
by consultants
- To issue site supervision / and non-compliance report to sub-contractors
and follow through to completion of rectification works
- To recommend improvements and modifications in design and construction
techniques
- To verify checklist and daily record of all activities at the construction site
and attend relevant meetings. Assist superior in preparation of reports and
necessary documents
- To carry out inspection, monitor sub-contractors’ work force, machineries
and site progress and test activities on a daily basis using the various
checklists in the system or manual
- Keep proper record of quality assurance form / inspection form / checklists
- To assist in the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS)
and integrated management of financial processes that effect the operations
of other departments
- To manage and co-ordinate projects with consultants and sub-contractors to
ensure timely completion within budget whilst
- achieving the required quality standard
- To monitor progress of the construction site to meet the target of every stage
of completion of the construction works such as billing stages
- To maintain proper record during defect liability period
- To carry out any other duty and responsibility which the company may
assign from time-to-time
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma/Degree Holder in Civil Engineering
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position
• Preferably candidate with registration as Inspector of Works (IOW) with
Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
8: Site Safety Supervisor with Yellow Book x 2 persons
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the pre-job hazard assessment in documentation required by the
site safety requirement
- To ensure sub-contractors and workers are complying with the safety
requirements at site
- Comply with all Safety & Health requirements in customer site
- Assist Project Engineer on safety matters, procedures and specifications
are required as required by client and to ensure all workers are wearing PPE
(personal protective equipment)
- Perform inspection on the tools and equipment used by sub-contractors
- Assist Project Manager and identify any safety issues during project
execution
- Check inventory of the first aid box weekly
- Ensure workers’ passport, working permit, CIDB or any other necessary
documents are always valid to work at site
- Attend safety Meetings at site and prepare monthly report
- Ensure all safety requirements complied by everyone at site
- To ensure workers are working in safe and healthy condition
- Ensure all equipment / machinery are complying to safety equipment and
safe to be used
- Co-ordinate with site team conducting housekeeping activity to ensure site
cleanliness and tidiness
- To prepare Safety Reports
- To ensure workers are being briefed and working accordingly to the Job
Safety Analysis
- To involve in incident investigation if there is any incident at site
- Perform all other tasks as assigned that reasonably relate to regularly
assigned tasks
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years working experience in the related field
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Construction and Engineering
– Environmental / Health / Safety or equivalent
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate
Diploma, Engineering Environmental / Health / Safety or equivalent
9: Lifting Supervisor x 1 person
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the setup, maintenance and safe and efficient operations of the
lifting equipment
- Co-ordinating and supervising all lifting activities in accordance with
regulations and is required to be present during all lifting operations.
- Required to be systematic and mechanically inclined, in order to use and
operate rigging/lifting equipment and execute operations
- Required valid lifting supervisor competency (CIDB/JKKP/DOSH
recognized)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year working experience required for this role
10: Logistic Supervisor / Traffic Management Supervisor x 2 persons
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operation output and submit related report
- Report to management any abnormalities in the operation in the area of
operation, safety & compliance or machine breakdown
- Delegate and assign job tasks to workers
- Ensure DOE compliance and safe practice during & uploading works
- Ensure housekeeping work is carried out plant is to satisfactory condition
- Assist in stock take and inventory (spare parts and waste) and do checking
- Assist in maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery & equipment
- Ensure the forklift is in safe working condition by randomly checking. Report
to management by any accident or misuse of forklift happened
- Perform QC check on incoming waste and record in the Good Received
Note (GRN) especially take note on the quality and code of waste
- To support a team of drivers and staffs to ensure that the department
operators efficiently and effectively
- To managing daily routes and scheduling of deliveries
- Tracking the progress of deliveries to ensure customer received
- To ensure all trucks and machineries used are fit for purpose and the
customer experience is of a high standard
- To ensure that a safety culture exists at all operations
- Oversee traffic control operations, road closure, setting signs and devices,
and complied with local government rules and regulations
- Conduct Permit To Transfer (PTT) every morning and monitor workers
attendance in a regular basis
- Maintain work zone safety at the site
- Do patrolling along the site, scheduling and assigning tasks to the traffic
team
- Check and ensure traffic equipment are in good condition and storage
- Prepare and submit the site report
- Ensure all traffic vehicles are functioning well and clean
- Ensure all workers are placed at the site accordingly
- Ensure safety and health procedures are complied with at all times
- Perform any and all other duties as and when assigned from time-to-time by
the superior
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years experiences in the related field
- Minimum Certificate in Traffic Management Supervisor (TMS) or equivalent
discipline
- Possess a CIDB Green Card
- Must have a valid licence of B2, D, and GDL
- Must have good analytical skills and multitasking skills
- Proficient in English, Malay and mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office
- Own transportation
