SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements:
• DegreeinEngineeringor equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years international large-scale projects work
experience.
• Possess good knowledge and experience in large scale
projects, engineering design or consultation work, project
planning, project managementand execution.
• Must be results oriented with strong leadership skills and the
ability to lead and manage a team and liaise with clients.
JobScope:
• Responsible for leading and coordinating multidisciplinary
teamsand consultants involved in the developmentprocess.
• Coordinate with various division to prepare development
proposal for presentation and submission to partners and/or
client.
• Prepareproject schedule/programand monitorprogress.
• Coordinatewith authorities.

SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT
Requirements:
• DegreeinArchitecture.
• Minimum 15 years international working experience in large
scale architectural projects development.
• Abilityto manageconsultants, clients and contractors.
• Strongincontractdocumentationand implementation.
JobScope:
• Conduct meetings and prepare development proposal for
presentation and submission to partners and/or client.
• Draftand reviewproject contracts.
• Prepareproject schedule/programand monitorprogress.
• Coordinatewith Authorities.

SENIOR DESIGN ARCHITECT

Requirements:
• DegreeinArchitecture.
• Minimum 15 years international working experience in master
planning and architecturaldesign of large-scale projects.
• Abilityto manageconsultants, clients and contractors.
• Strong design presentation and graphic skill, detailing and
documentation.
JobScope:
• Prepareconceptual detail design and schematicdesign.
• Responsible forall design proposal scheme and deliverable.
• Manage and coordinate with internal and external design
teamsto achievedesign intent.

SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
Requirements:
• DegreeinLandscape Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years international large-scale projects work
experience in landscape design, coordination and production.
• Experience in both softscape and hardscape of exterior and
interior landscape packages.
• Well versed in production of landscape works construction
drawings.
JobScope:
• Develop designs, working drawings, specifications and related
aspects for required projects under the supervision of the
senior concept designer.
• Ensure designs and drawings are compliant with municipal
standards and client requirements, and deliverables compliant
with scope of work and contract requirements.

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements:
• Degree or higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related
equivalent.
• Experience in pre and post contract functions of large-scale
projects.
• Minimum 15 years international large-scale projects work
experience in pre and post contract functions including
tender/contract preparation, tabulating project costs, preparing
BOQ, verifying remeasured quantities, drafting commercial
correspondence, providing estimates and handling variations,
compilingand issuing regular cost reports for site contracts.
JobScope:
• Prepare Bill of Quantities and specifications, tender package,
project budget and costing.
• Evaluate remeasured quantities and variation orders, draft
commercial correspondence.
• ConductTenderand Award procedures.
• Draftand reviewproject contracts.
• Negotiate/prepare costing, review interim claims, Final
accounts and etc.
• Familiar with local supplier and not limit to international
products.

SITE SUPERVISOR

(Mechanical & Electrical / Civil & Structural / Architectural)
Requirements:
• Diploma in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering,
Mechanical Engineeringor Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of construction site experience in the
supervision of M&E servicesor C&S or Architectural works.
JobScope:
• Carry out daily monitoring site progress and ensure achieve as
per work program.
• Prepareand maintainfull site record.
• Supervise and ensure quality of works as per
standard/drawing.
• Prepareand submitweekly site report as required.
Media& PR Manager
Requirements:
• Minimumof 5years of relatedwork experience.
• Auniversity degree in related curriculum such as Journalism or
Mass Communication.
• MUSTpossess excellentwriting and communicationskills.
• Proven experience in leading in the creation and management
of successful social media campaigns across mainstream
social media.
• Bilingual proficiency(English & Chinese).

• Develop, drive and run media plans including social media
campaigns.
• Developmarketingand news content.
• Workclosely with marketingteam.
• Buildlong-termrelationshipswith mediainfluencers.
• Managecompanywebsites.
• Leadintheplanningand managementPR events.
