Human Resources Administrator
l To support the Human Resources department.
l To act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
l Maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and on-boarding guides), and updating internal databases.
Duties / Responsibilities
l Organize and maintain personnel records
l Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
l Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
l Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
l Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
l Answer employees query about HR-related issues
l Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Required Skills / Abilities
l Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
l Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
l Thorough knowledge of labor laws
l Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
