We are established construction & development company in Sarawak. In line with our company
expansion, we are seeking self motivated and dynamic candidate to join our team.
Project Manager (Within Sarawak)
Responsibilities :
• Oversee project design and planning (including material estimates, scheduling and staffing), timely
implementation, progress and completion of project.
• Plan, execute, monitor and control a project from inception to closure.
• Prepare and execute project Implementation plan and project quality plan.
• Ensure project meets all quality requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities related to the contract.
• To perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements :
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years above experience in construction, preferably with exposure in high rise buildings,
roadsand bridges.
• Registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia will be an advantage.
• Good project management skills with leadership abilities.
• Proficient in project management software or P6.
Construction Manager (Within Sarawak)
Responsibilities :
• Formulate and implement project construction work procedures, guidelines and quality standards
and ensure the compliance of such policies.
• Study project plan and specifications; plan construction schedule and resources requirements
(manpower, building materials, equipment, etc)
• Manage the timely implementation, progress and completion of construction work for each
project; continuously monitor to ensure that work quality is in compliance to statutory and project
requirements / specifications.
• To perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements :
• 5 years experience in construction.
• Strong leadership skills with good project management skill.
Senior Procurement Executive (Kuching)
Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the procurement team in the process of all project materials, project consumables
items, supplies, service, equipment and etc.
• Implement cost reduction program with suppliers, monitoring product and service quality/ on-time
delivery performance by key suppliers.
• Oversee and evaluate selection of suppliers and conduct the quality control of the products
delivered.
• To perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
• At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the construction field is required for this
position. Preferable with background in building material.
• Strong negotiation skill, planning and organizing skills, communication skills.
• Able to meet tight deadline.
Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
• To plan, monitoring, follow up & prepare report on site progress and work closely with Project
Manager on co-ordination for works.
• To ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan
& procedures.
• To provide technical advice and solving problem on site.
• To liaise with project teams, contractors, subcontractors and relevant authorities on all aspect of
site issues.
• Perform any other task assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in construction.
• Able to meet tight deadline.
Project Controller (Kuching)
Responsibilities :
• Register, update and maintain list of documents, various type of drawings.
• Arranges printing, identification and control the process of issuance and distribution of construction
drawings with document transmittal.
• Do issuance and receipt of correspondence and submission of all relevant reports, materials,
method statements and sketch drawings.
• Assist to monitor and update the process status of checking the drawings, plans and provide
necessary reference.
• Prepares and updates report of incoming documents and drawing weekly, monthly.
• To perform any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 related working experience with hands on experience in record management and
development of quality systems.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO requirements. Total Quality Management and
quality control tools is an advantage.
• Computer literate and good report writing skills.
Sales & Marketing Manager (Kuching)
• Responsibilities :
• To develop sales & marketing strategies that creates product awareness.
• To development and implement of all property advertising campaigns and measures the effective
of such campaigns in achieving projected sales result.
• Promote the company’s properties through various promotion activities directed at the targeted
market segments.
• Prepare sales and marketing plan in line with marketing strategies and to ensure the plan is carried
out timely.
• To perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements :
• Degree in Marketing or business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably related to properties.
• Good market intelligence knowledge.
• Ability to speak and write proficiently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Self motivated and committed to job.
Quantity Surveyor (Kuching)
Responsibilities :
• Interprets contract documents and drawings.
• Prepares and determine costing and estimations for the projects.
• Prepare tender and contract documentations.
• Assist in sourcing of materials, quotations, tabulations and award.
• Monitor project cost and report cost variance.
• Prepares and monitors progress claims and interim payment certificates.
• To perform any other task assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements :
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum3-4 years in related field.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Posses initiative, discipline, strong motivation and able to work under pressure.
