ELECTRICAL MANAGER.

JOB OPPORTUNITY
Applications are invited for local citizens for the post of
ELECTRICAL MANAGER.
Duties/ Job Description:
• Supervise and analyze electrical designs by the Contractor’s consultant,
ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Review subcontractors’ technical drawings, including shop drawings
and BIM models, and specify electrical requirements.
• Coordinate all electrical aspects with various teams, including
architecture, civil engineering, and medical equipment planners.
• Manage document submissions and communication among contractors,
consultants, and clients, ensuring timely replies.
• Provide technical advice and support to the project team, identifying
and resolving issues.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management
and clients.
Qualification:
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
or any relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Basic capability in use of AutoCAD and / or REVIT
• Well verse both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience:
• At least 8-10 years of experience in coordinating the design, installation,
and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in construction
projects.
