Job Description
The Internal Audit Manager shall support the Head of Internal
Auditor in all internal audit activities that include the following:
• Audit planning – contribute to the development and execution
of annual internal audit plan.
• Audit fieldwork – execute audit engagements based on the
approved internal audit plan (that will include follow-up audit
reviews) as well as any ad hoc audit or investigation reviews
(as requested by the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board
from time to time); and
• Audit reporting – assist on all reporting obligations to the Audit
and Risk Committee, the Board or the CEO
In carrying out the abovementioned responsibilities, the Internal
Audit Manager shall:
• Be involved in key discussions with auditees, process owners,
and relevant stakeholders when carrying out the audit
engagements.
• Ensure the completion and retention of audit documentation
(e.g. audit work papers, audit reports and documents/
information reviewed in the course of carrying out audit
engagements);
• Provide regular progress updates to the Head of Internal
Auditor on activities carried out; and
• Continuously develop and improve the business, industry, and
internal audit knowledge, to be able to effectively contribute to
company’s governance, risk management, and internal control
practices.
Minimum Requirement
4 Possess at least Master Degree (at least 3 years of experience
in the related filed) and Degree (at least 5 years of experience in
the related field) preferably in Accounting, Finance/Economics,
Management, and/or a related business OR;
4 Possess at least Bachelor Degree (at least 8 years of experience
in the related filed) preferably in Accounting, Finance/
Economics, Management, and/or a related business
4 Good analytical, interpersonal and report writing skills
4 Comfortable in leading meetings, public speaking (e.g.
presentation to senior management, training of junior staff
members)
4 Prior experience within the Training and Education industries
would be an advantage
4 Dynamic, self-motivated and ability to excel in a high-pressure
environment (e.g. short deadlines, multiple clients)

Job Description
• Work closely with the Finance and Procurement Manager to
