Probation Period : 1 – 3 years of probation

Term of Employment :

1. Master or
2. Degree in related field with at least 5 years of experience or
3. Diploma in related field with at least 10 years of experience
4. Candidate must be Sarawak citizen


1. Manage Office Stock / Store Management
•Record and manage company printed stock (printed matters) according to the right serial number.
•Provide stationery and toiletries
2. Filing
•Provides file and filing all relevant documents.
•Make copies if necessary.
3. Managing correspondence and typing documents
•Recording correspondence in and out of the unit.
•Creating a mailing company through courier or post.
•Typing correspondence or documents required as directed.
•Creating the distribution of mail to each unit and staff.
4. Self-Development
•Attend courses, seminars, workshops related to the field.
•Attend meetings if called / must be approved by the Manager.
•Improve knowledge from time to time by reading, internet and multi-media.
5. Assist in company current affairs
•Design, develop and implement strategies for the Administration Unit development
•Engage in company activities
6. Perform the task given in order to achieve annual work target.
7. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
