We are an award-winning Architectural Practice in Sarawak.
Founded in 1977 with offices in Kuching, Sibu and Kuala Lumpur.
We are looking for a Resident Architect and Inspector of Works
for our project site in Miri, Sarawak.
Details of vacancies as follows:
1. Resident Architect (1 position)
Requirements
i. Minimum 6 - 8 years of related to building construction
supervision on site.
ii. The Candidate must possess Master / Bachelor’s Degree
/ Diploma (at least Part II Architecture or equivalent).
iii. Proficiency in Autocad, Microsoft Word and Excel.
iv. Well-versed all aspects of project administration,
including site contract monitoring, supervision and
liaison with Client’s representatives.
v. Self-initiated in site supervision and monitoring
2. Architectural Inspector of Works ( 1 position)
Requirements
i. Minimum 10 years of related to building construction
supervision on site.
ii. The Candidate must be a registered Inspector of Works
(IOW) with LAM .
iii. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
iv. Able to coordinate with clients, consultants and
contractors
v. Self-initiated in site supervision and monitoring
